This was a short model based animation about David Bowie, made like a live performance or music video and set against one of his songs called "Is there Life on Mars?" I especially like the humorous approach with his rotating head and the spinning microphone. I thought the images matched up really well to the music and though a simple idea, it works very well. Good use of background, though it doesn't quite match up to the framing of the scene, and you can see bits of the animator in the background!
